We weren’t allowed an early check in, had to wait till the exact check in time. There were only 2 large towels in the bathroom and when we asked for towels in the morning we had to wait till almost 10am. We asked for towels many time in till we finally got some downstairs. Then there was NOT enough hot water in the morning to shower.

Hotel was lovely, staff were very nice. We did however have a room full of people above us who were partying until 3am. The hotel staff did call then for us at 1am but it did not stop and then we had to complain again and they sent security at 3am. It tainted our stay but not really the hotels fault.

The front desk clerk at the check-in counter exhibited a lack of courtesy when I attempted to pay the deposit using my Chime credit card. She informed me that this was a hotel policy, but I have made numerous stays at this establishment without encountering any issues. If a hotel has a policy, it should be clearly communicated to customers or posted in a visible location. It is unreasonable to restrict the payment method for a deposit, regardless of whether it is a Chime card or another credit card. The card belongs to me, and it would decline if the funds were not available. It is perplexing why hotel chains can dictate the payment methods for deposits. I also tried to pay cash but she wouldn’t take that either.

The Front desk staff was super lovely - very nice and welcoming after a long day of work.
The location has a Coffee Bean in the parking lot, and close to lots of quick service restaurants and shopping
Room was spacious and clean
Breakfast was just okay - but it's a nice option for a quick bite on your way out

Staff was friendly, hotel was super clean, beds were comfy and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was mediocre, but offered all the basics - hot breakfast. No complaints.

Overall the room, lobby, and service was great! Breakfast, or the lack of timeliness, could have used some improvements. It was college move-in weekend and by the time the protein was replenished, most of the families were done eating. When asking the staff, the patience and answers were short and brash.

Pretty decent property, surrounded by every store and restaurant you could think of, front desk could have been a little more welcoming. Overall good room,great location, plenty of parking.

The property was nice . The staff was great. We needed more towels then there was and a fresh blanket and it was provided with no hassle. However, minor issue of the bed springs in pull out is pretty uncomfortable as soon as you climb in you will feel them. The ice machine didn’t work on 2nd floor and conditioner was empty. These were minor to us compared to the safety and quality. We were comfortable but did use our air mattress for our 2 kiddos. Would stay there again. The kindness of staff made up for the little things:)

Breakfast was fine too. Simple and had enough options. I had pancakes from a machine; they were actually tasty. Some people had oatmeal, yogurt with nuts and dried cranberries. Had sausage, tater tots, pretty good coffee too.

Horrible Security. There were no curtains in the room and we were facing the parking lot. The area felt very ghetto. We called and told them we were canceling our stay and they told us they would give our money back for the second day but we never reviewed any refund. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay here.

Front desk is very accommodating. Room is clean, roomy, and the ac works great. Only issue is the availability of towels but not a big deal.

A family with children this place made it very easy for us to stay and the room was very clean. The front desk staff was so friendly and polite when I approached the fro y desk at 2:30 am. Very satisfied and happy to have booked this hotel accidentally.
