The host Dahlia was unprofessional, even though we paid and had the bank receipt, Bookingcom confirmation, pappal receipt at 5:37 am I received an email from Dahlia saying we have to leave by 10:30 in the morning all this was because PayPal sent her an email to say the funds has been withheld because her account needs to be updated, she acuse my mom and I of blocking funds, my mom had to give her £400 of her spending money and ask her to contact bookings she then has to beg her to cancel the payment to pp, we had to wait for that to process during that time my bro had to send us money. Dahlia did not give us the WiFi pw the one she showed us was fake she later admit when we confront her, the washing machine leaks even when not in use my mom has to dry water up with towels constantly , the cooking gas finish 4 days before we check out we have to go into town to get food as we couldn't cook , this was by far the most stressful holiday we had. Dahlia didn't have any respect the fact we were staying she barge in announce, I told my mom to leave as my 83yrs old grandad was there and could tell he was getting stress but unfortunately my mom gave Dahlia her pocket money, and had to wait until papal refunded the payment we made to her, Even though Booking.com charge $914 which is £691 Dahlia insist my mom should pay another $120 for Bookingcom fees she constantly pest my mom to pay. My mom has been using Bookingcom since 2012 this was the worst experience.

Facilities looks nice on site but dosent work properly. No WiFi. Host could just come and go
