I chose the hotel for a 5 night stay expecting coffee and microwave. Disappointing. Thin walls and noisy. Beautiful decor. Nice linens. No desk chair so could not work in the evenings. Would be great for a single night stay but go elsewhere for longer stays.

While the staff was friendly and efficient the property and facilities were lacking. The hotel seemed new but while the rooms had many access and charging stations there was no clock, coffeemaker, ice bucket or even paper cups or plastic glasses. The only functioning icemachine was 2 floors up, gym was closed. Fast access to the highway.

we really appreciated the service given by the young man at the desk. We were there the evening of Aug 8th. I do not know his name but he was energetic and patient with our questions, also going out of his way to find us a map. I hope this gets to him as well. Thank you

The property was clean and looked new. The carpets were clean and rooms looked modern. However, we were surprised that the room did not have a microwave nor a coffee maker. The breakfast was very minimal with only offerings of bagels, bread and small yogart. Some juice and coffee.

Sierra inn is now Spark by Hilton only all public listings still say Sierra so watch out for the sign! No microwave in room (advertised by Sierra not Spark but we booked with Spark), pool was down, no extra blanket available when asked, slow to refill coffee. Bagels and yogurt day after day gets old. Room cleaning every 3 days is unhelpful when garbage piles up. Then they still left a sheet in our room and didn’t take the old towels. No do not disturb tag on the door. Just won’t return unless desperate right now but is fine for economical stays

The name changed and the property was under renovations. They only served bagels and muffins for breakfast and we had to ask for it. Coffee was not ready. No microwave in room as advertised. No coffee maker in room, but this may have been an oversight on my part. Advertised as sound-proof and was definitely not.

Nicely done renovations. But you better bring your own cup as they don’t supply cups in the room. Not for water at bedtime or brushing your teeth in the morning.

So no amenities… we were in a room that was finished but was told they didn’t have disposable cups or otherwise for the room, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no vending machines or free breakfast as quoted on the site. It was clean and the bed comfortable so that was a plus. It wasn’t close to anyplace to run get a beverage or snack quickly. I would look for a different place next time. I knew it wasn’t within walking distance to a convenience store or gas station but thought they would have vending machines on site? 👎
