Beautiful property, very clean. We are traveling with 4 kids and they were able to get us into connecting rooms- which was very important to us. For this, we are very grateful! Breakfast is wonderful as well!

Very sad experience. One of the cleaning mades was stealing in my room, she got couple hundres dollars cash. As soon as I returned to my room after a city tour in Rio, I found out she opened my bag and grab the money so I went inmedialty to talk to the hotel manager. They made an investigation looking the cameras and key door, they confitmed only 1 person besides myself got into the room that day: May 31st. Unfortunately, they protected their employee, didn't get responsiblity and just went to their "policy" of using the safe box. Very sad, in a 5 stars hotel happened it.

My room was lack in cleanliness in details like the bedding and the window, it's a huge building though, and the bed was comfortable. Expedia didn't send a notification after reserving that the pool was closed, but notified this after check in instead , which I found shady. Breakfast was good quality and the staff is kind, I'd stay again just to spend the night not for a long stay.

We stayed for a total of 6 nights and chose this hotel because we know what we can expect out of a Hilton hotel; however, was disappointed in the fact that there is only one restaurant in the hotel and the menu was limited. The breakfast was decent the first 2 days but after the 3rd day, it was the same stuff I ate the previous day and many times it tasted not as fresh. I was also disappointed in the 3 or 4 doormen who barely greeted you, and never opened the door of our taxi when we got in or out. After awhile we wondered why they were at the door because there was never any interaction with them as we came and went. Other than that, the rooms were nice, the front desk staff was nice and the area felt safe.

The infinity pool overlooking the city was a highlight! We had a nice dinner at the restaurant and ended our day walking to the shopping mall. The garden area is so beautiful and a great spot to take some pictures! Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is fine and no complaints about that. It is just very far from the city and in traffic about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Since I did not realise that when booking it made our Rio experience a bit poorer and many way to long taxi fairs.

Friendly staff! They provided a wonderful room and complimentary happy hour. The area doesn’t have much going on. There is a shopping center across the street, but it’s pretty basic. The facilities were fine- spacious, and as expected from a Hilton. However unless your are doing business in that area, I think it’s a bit inconvenient.

The swimming pool and bar view was nice. The rooms are well kept, great housekeeping staff, and the food was delicious.

Really nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The area is quite and looks safe. For this occasion, it’s far away of the places and people I want to see. Not their fault. I think it’s really nice. And the swimming pool at the roof was amazing.
