I have had the worst luck checking in with the Hilton App. I checked in the night before and made sure to pick an available room away from the Interstate side of the hotel because I am a very light sleeper. When I arrive they tell me that room was given to someone else and I was moved to the room closest to the freeway. Definitely hear the traffic within the room. If you are reserving a room, the higher numbered rooms are the ones further away from the traffic.
Hotel is clean and has plenty of parking. Breakfast is typical Hampton Inn quality. I had the unfortunate experience of checking in right after a youth travel team checked in. They were put on the floor above me so there was quite a bit of noise coming from above from 10pm-11pm but that is no fault of the hotel.

The beds were too soft. The tv was difficult to use and would not turn off without pulling the plug. Property is run down and breakfast very poor.

We always stay here. Great staff, great rooms. Breakfast is always good. Thank you for the chicken sausage as we do not eat pork!!! Great location!!

Upon check in I met Izzy (?) and he could not have been more personable or friendly!!! Great hotel, gorgeous Mountain View from courtyard, excellent front desk staff!!!

Wonderful staff and beautiful property! So glad we stayed here, pool area and water slide was what sealed the deal and we were not disappointed! Close to Ruby Falls and Rock City

Brandi at the front desk was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to make sure our stay met our expectations. She escorted us to our room to make sure it worked for me since my knee makes it hard to access certain areas. She was a bright light when we were checking out.

The only draw back was the room was a little musty smelling. It was not enough to switch rooms, but we did report it when we checked out.
