It’s really pitiful when a hotel charges $130 a night then customer has to pay $10 for a breakfast! At least they didn’t charge me to park! And they did have a coffee service which was good cause I couldn’t get the stupid coffeemaker in the room to work!
Otherwise super nice hotel, very clean even with a renovation going on. Room was good, for a change the bed was comfortable and the pillows weren’t bad! Shower was super great except for showering in front of a huge mirror! And the toilet paper holder needs to be moved further toward the sink, it’s almost back behind you…weird!
It was a nice place tho, close to the mall if you want to go shopping and some nice restaurants close by.

Whenever we are in town my husband and I stay at this location.
I was a little disappointed this time . Check out is at noon , we had our do not disturb sign on the door and the housekeeper still came beating on the door around 8am . And proceeded to open our door . Then around 1140 another housekeeper came knocking on the door asking if we were checking out . If the checkout is at noon I would have appreciated not being disturbed by the staff do many times !

the property was very nice, however all furnishings need to be replaced. Chairs in resturant area were peeling and all wood in guest rooms are battered. Buffet breakfast was salty and over priced.. Next trip I will stay at a different Hotel.

On August 17 at 11 PM, we encountered rude staff during our check-in. The next morning, we woke up at 8:30 AM to find our room infested with ants. When we reported this upon checkout, the supervisor responded rudely, suggesting we should have reported it sooner. Additionally, the breakfast staff treated us poorly, giving us judgmental looks from head to toe. Overall, our experience was marred by unprofessional and unfriendly service, which significantly detracted from our stay. We had hoped for a more pleasant environment during our visit.

We had to ask daily for clean towels. When they did give them to us we only got 2 sets for 4 people. We asked for maid service daily, but only started getting it on day 3. We talked to 3 different people in 1 day and still didn't get maid service. Found a bug in my bed the last night. The food was okay, but the restaurant was opened with very limited hours. The pool was clean and nice.
