Had a wonderful week with the family at this hotel. A short walking distance from the beach, very friendly staff, decent continental buffet breakfast and the kids loved the bunk beds. Overall excellent value. Absolute highlight was the Halloween Party with the staff! Highly recommended.

The room and washroom was not very clean. There were not enough blankets. The surrounding area is quite nice.

Cheaply made old hotel conversion, with visible signs of wear and tear. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast for the hotel category. Room was worn down with a shower rail dismantled to pieces as soon as you try to adjust it. All hangers were probably stolen rendering the wardrobe useless. Toilet paper piled up as a tower as holder not there. Mould and hair in the shower tray. Sand in the bedroom floor. Paper thin doors, which don’t go well with noisy folks on the corridors. I could keep going. I mentioned some positives at the beginning and would like to add as well that the decorations were done with good taste, like the room furniture and the lobby area. Convenient location close to the town centre and beaches. I won’t stay again as it’s too expensive for what it offers.

What an incredible hotel! Only downside they don't allow you to have your own drinks in your room.
But otherwise fabulous! Incredibly spacious! Super friendly staff, and very clean hotel.
The breakfast spread is basic but Still appreciated that it was included.
Beach is in walking distance and free parking out front.

Stayed 6 days , staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms very clean and staff more than happy to clean rooms on request , our bed very spacious and comfortable. Our room had a shower , being a big lad it was a squeeze but happy with it overall.
Hotel is close to beach and there are plenty of dining options in the local area all within easy walking distance.
Costa da caprica very affordable on a samll budget.
Ubers also very affordable for trips into Lisbon, and reception staff more than happy to help with where to visit.
Overall experience of hotel very good and would happily stay there again

Good stay overall. The AC didn't work one night - hard to communicate to the non-English speaking staff so wasn't sorted till the next day.

I chose this hotel due to the high rating on Expedia. However, for me it didn’t meet my expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel itself is looking a bit tired and in need of a revamp. My room had an unpleasant odour that smelt a bit like nicotine as if someone had previously smoked in the room - I hate smoking! The air con did not work. There was dust build up on some of the skirting boards and the room needed a deep clean. There were signs of black mould in the bathroom - get the bleach out! The safe in my room did not work. I asked for a room in a quiet location and was put opposite the cleaners cupboard and on the main road side of the hotel. There was a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was very basic - not hot items. My room did not look as nice as in the photos. Overall I don’t feel it was worth what I paid. I have stayed in hotels in the USA for half the price I paid for this and they were much nicer. Sorry not to be more positive but this is an honest assessment.
