This hotel is garbage. Spend the extra money and go nicer. They gave me an occupied room and then switched me to one that reminds me of a rage room. It was filthy, broken and terrible. I asked for a refund and showed damages and filth to the”manager” to be given a whopping $10 refund. Atrocious at best to describe this place. It’s quite bothersome that this was acceptable to them.

We just stayed overnight in your city. Went out for dinner. Visited a small casino next to the hotel. We left the next morning after an enjoyable breakfast at the hotel.

Lots of traffic noise. Squeaking floors and plumbing noise from room above us at 1am. Hardly any sleep. Breakfast was horrible. Would not stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, older hotel so didn’t expect it to be a 5 star. Comfortable but thin blankets on the bed. Overall for the short time we were there is was good.

Gave it a 3 due to the traffic noise on the front where our room was. Would stay again if on back side. Nothing fancy, could use an update but for a one night stay, it served the purpose. Cons: foot high toilets meant for small children and no place to hang a jacket. Staff were great.

Super 8 System was not operating well. There was a back up at the counter for check in. Clerk was friendly and courteous.
We were booked for a pet friendly suite but upon check-in we were informed we could not have a dog in a suite. Front desk clerk offered us a room with 2 queen beds and we ended up in a room with one queen bed. Confusion around check in.

I always read the most recent reviews, and this one seem to have good reviews. I called ahead to make sure about their pet policy and that they still had a room that was accessible as stairs are very difficult for me. I called the number listed, and the person that answered, answered with the correct hotel name. When we got to the hotel, though it was a different story. There is a young man and an elderly woman at the front desk, He was very kind, and so was she, but he checked in 2 people in the time that it took her to check in us, About 15 minutes. They said that I did not Talk to them, and that the number I called was a new number, but that they had not received any phone calls from it. This was kind of perplexing. The lady said that they did not have any first floor rooms left, and it was all stairs with no elevator for three floors. When we finally got to our room which was down about five steps and a long hallway, it wasn’t until we had brought everything in that I realized it was also not any kind of Handicap room. Since we were so tired, we just let it go. The bathroom was just almost unspeakable for the size of of it. The door opened into the room with the shower and toilet, and you had to stand In between the toilet and shower in order to shut the door. It was maybe 4 ft.² of space. If you stay here, just make sure that you get a room that has a decent bathroom. That was our biggest complaint. The breakfast was subpar, barely much food.

Upon arrival there was an unflushed toilet with toilet paper and poop. Either staff had used it or housekeepers never opened lid which means they didn’t clean toilet.

Quick service and friendly staff. The room was clean but older and in need for a bit of a remodel. The breakfast was good. A good place to make a pit stop
