I'm self-employed and stayed here on my way home from a work trip. I would absolutely stay here again and I hope I have the opportunity to. I read reviews of hotels in the area for hours and finally chose this one and I'm so glad I did. The workers were all polite and helpful, the hotel was quiet, and the room was spacious. The shower was great. The water pressure was perfect and at the perfect height, and it was easy to find my desired temperature. I liked the soap, too. I liked that the desk lamp had an outlet I could plug my laptop into. The desk chair was comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept quite well. I text my husband and best friend about how glad I was to have chosen this hotel multiple times during my one-night stay. My favorite part was the breakfast. There were so many options. I had a waffle, bacon, eggs, coffee, and apple juice and it was all delicious. I only have one complaint, and that is that there were some men out front during the night who appeared to be loitering and that made me feel uncomfortable as I was going inside. However, they didn't bother me, and were gone the next morning.

The 1st room smelled horrible like mildew and dog. They did come and spray but that didnt help. I request a room change the 2nd room smelled somebody had a weed party but this suppose to be a smoke free facility the clean towels had pubic hairs on them and was dirty The tub was dirty. This place is horrible and should not be charging $200 a night. I will not stay here again

Polite staff. Nice breakfast, very clean. We went for a football game. They even put little goodie bag in the room with snacks and drinks. Roll Tide

The room has a condensation issue The entire room was “damp” There has obviously been water damage prior because the ceiling is full of water spots. The “clean” towels had black stains Prior spills on furniture ignored/overlooked when room was cleaned First and last time at a red roof inn I booked because of pet friendly policy and the need to bring my pet at the last min This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

I notified the desk in the morning and upon arrival back at the hotel last night I was told a part had been ordered to fix the shower but it was still broken and they claimed the shower had been cleaned but it had not been. Beds remained unmade.

What I didnt like was the foul and moldy smell, the clogged tub, the broken tp holder, the sticky floor, the musty smelly sheet, the broken refrigerator and the chair looked like something that was pulled out of a dumpster. It was dirty amd the arms of the chair were all beat up. I will be writing management asking for a refund..

The hotel had people hanging out outside it all night. Very dirty. Halls and rooms smelled of smoke heavily. Dogs barking. Would not recommend.

I always choose this property when staying in T-town. I feel safe and it is comfortable staying here.

When we arrived late at night and walked to room we noticed several rooms had blankets/towels on the outside of their doors and when we left the next morning they were still there. The A/C in our room made a little bit of noise but it wasn't terrible, I was able to still fall asleep. The front desk staff and breakfast staff was very friendly. Excellent food options for the breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Quiet. Comfortable bed. The only issue was with a poor wifi signal during my stay, but that could have been related to storms.
