The hotel was pleasant, friendly desk service, Christmas decor was in the lobby.
The room was clean and spacious, had enough plugs for equipment and an ample desk space. The bed was a bit on the soft side for me, but comfort.

I found check-in quick and easy. The hallways were very warm,almost hot,and then when we turned up the heat in our room the fan ran ALL the time and was very noisy! Thank goodness for my earplugs. I did use the treadmill in the fitness room and was thankful for the water dispenser. Not sure I would book this hotel again, especially considering the price.

Convenient to activity we attended. Rm clean but bathroom needs upgrading. Sink slow to drain. A/C very noisy turning off and on throughout the night. Bed very uncomfortable soft and lumpy.

Everything was great, except the TV use was limited as too complicated and not enough information when scrolling to different channels. but was good they had Netflix, so we could watch that.

All good. Was a quick stop over and all was good.

Our check in was nice, Janelle was friendly at front desk. The elevator was abit sketchy, There was stores in walking distance which was nice. Rooms were clean the Ac was good. The breakfast was great. Would come back to stay.

Process is very manual and had to have follow-up phone calls from the front desk afterwards because they did not catch things when checking us in. 4pm exact checkout, but still our door was being knocked on to clean before checkout time. Only one elevator worked, and it seemed very unstable.

My kids really enjoyed the pool. Most hotel pools start at 4ft and are too deep for my 4yo. This one was about 3ft? The only complaint I have is that there were no utencils, glasses or dishes in the kitchenette.
