Nice position nearby city center, nice room with a great view (from 4th floor) and good breakfast.
On the bad side: absence of elevator (i was at the 4th floor) and they make the room every 3 days if you don't ask directly (just putting the sign on the door "make my room" won't work).

Stayed with my two children. Room for three. Main bed was very comfortable but the pop up bed was awful. Squeaked with every moment and could see and feel all the springs in your back. Leading to us all needing to sleep in the one bed. Came down for breakfast at 9.35 only to find most of the cooked breakfast has been eaten.
The fridge in the room hummed and leaked all over the floor.
Bathroom was clean and shower was hot.

The hotel is a listed building so is very nice, however, be aware there are no lifts so you will have to use the stairs. Very friendly hotel, food was very good in the restaurant and service was good. I had a room at the front overlooking the park which is also nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to Oktoberfest and the hotel location made it easy to get transportation to attend the event. It felt safe to walk around the area, and there was always a good restaurant or bar to go to have a good beer. The bar at the restaurant is also a great option if you wanna stay at the hotel and have a drink or eat breakfast in the morning. I recommend that you stay at this hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. We stayed in the Tibet room, and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and a child. The only downside we had was staying on the 4th floor (American 5th floor) with no elevator, but that's somewhat normal for Europe, and just provided some mandatory exercise.

Lovely staff and great location. Decor feels a bit dated and breakfast is basic, but offered good value for a busy period when I stayed.
No lift so make sure you’re happy for lots of stairs if you’re on the upper floors!

This place was a lot of fun. The rooms were comfortable and eclectic. The restaurant and bar seemed to be a major focal point in the neighborhood. It is right across the street from the park, so the view is amazing and the whole experience is super relaxing.

Family owned and operated Boutique Hotel with ambience, personal attention and reasonable prices. Comfortable rooms, excellent food and close, but not too close to the city centre.

The room had nice antiques and the wine restaurant is great. But, I was slightly annoyed that I was woken by a vacuum cleaner at 6am. And for those carrying heavy bags, there is no elevator.

Comfortable, clean, fabulously located hotel. The only improvement would be a lift for guests as lugging your own luggage up 3 flights of stairs is hard work.

I stayed during my daughter's hospitalization. It was within walking distance for me and I felt comfort in coming back to the hotel to sleep and eat. The dining was excellent. A lift would have been helpful.

The restaurant goes far beyond being a hotel restaurant and attracts many customers that have nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the center. It is clean and very well maintained, and very interestingly decorated. Friendly and helpful stuff. The only problem for some people could be the lack of elevators.

In the room, e.g. the TV was a small cheap LCD type and it was placed on a tilted table that looked like the TV is going to fall off any time. The location is really good, it's right by the river next to the Wiener Platz and many great restaurants within 200 meters. Also very easy to get to old city with the subway, just 100 meters away.

Paid reduced price thinking getting good deal but paid to much for room. Wet towel, someone elses sock in room and no kettle. Have used much better hotels in munich at better prices. Did not have breakfast so cannot coment on food.
