The room was clean. No complimentary breakfast. I could have had a better breakfast at a restaurant for the $35 we paid. Charged us $4 for 2 small waters. I would not have had if I knew I had to pay for it.

The north side of the building gets a great deal of noise until 2 or 3 am from loud cars and trucks. If that keeps you from sleeping, you should request a south side room.

I prepaid through Expedia but was triple charged the room rate when I checked out because they were struggling with a new system. My bank had to raise a dispute with the hotel.
Because I have wasted countless hours on getting these charges reversed it completely ruined my experience at the hotel.

Honestly was one of the best hotel stays. I’m super picky on my choices in hotel and this on was very comfortable, clean, spacious and everyone who worked there that I encountered was super nice. The breakfast option is made to order or you can use their grab and go bar which were all clean and fresh fruit and pastries. Loved it. ALSO I was worried about parking because of the reviews but the parking garage is in the same parking lot, there’s always parking available (when I was there) and it only about 10 steps from the hotel building and your key card lets you in and out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boise ID.
