Out first disappointment was that they didn’t have a bar even though the description says so and there is pictures of one. The employees on our first day did not speak English. However the stay was pleasant and the setup with pin for room key etc is brilliant. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast we bought was very nice and good value for money. The hotel offers a drink per person if you choose to skip cleaning of the room, which we usually do anyway. The text says 24 hour reception which is far from the case. If you have booked in advance it’s not a problem since you get all the info you need in a mail before arrival.

The stargaze forum is well maintained and the staff was nice, the wifi wouldnt work in our room. Its possible to take the s-bahn train into dusseldorf, but they dont come very often, especially in the late evening and at night.

I would not stay here again if it not was absolutely necessary. Room smelled like smoke, was in a bad neighbourhood (industrial area), no AC, was warmer in the room then outside (30+ all night). It was cheap, but still not worth it If this is your only option, sleep in your car

I liked this hotel despite its flaws as for the price (25 euro per night) you can't do much better. The room and more importantly the bed was clean although the decor was tired. The reception closes at 11pm which I find bad but otherwise it was ok there. The WiFi was good enough to work from and otherwise I had a decent stay. I'd come back provided my room was the same.

It’s a bad place , they don’t clean the room and they don’t change bed clothes and towells !!!

The property does have a nice lobby for welcoming any visitors, courtesy of service staff is good, room (one bed, table, stool and a little wardrobe) and bath room (shower) are big enough, but the bath room soon needs a renovation, WLAN is free-of-charge and does not always work, but the service tried to fix it within a reasonable amount of time

Very sub standard hotel for the price. The staff were nice. The breakfast was ok. The rooms are very tired. The tv had 3 channels working. Don’t stay unless you need to.

Very cheap accomodation. Ample free parking. 24-hour check-in. Good Wi-fi. Room and bed satisfactory but no air conditioning or fan, so room is hot during the summer. Bring eye shades to sleep at night as curtains do not block out light. Good value for the price and convenience.

Isolated location we checked in late so all we saw was a very empty parking lot underground and the not so clean room. However, once in the room we felt safe and when we were checking out everyone was very nice and the lobby is nice. We got this room for a very discounted price and sell for the price it was better than we expected it to be

The hotel was good value for stopping over for the night on a long journey trip. The local area is not very attractive but its close to major cities around if that helps. It was quiet and comfortable to get some rest for long day of driving
