Booked 2 rooms ahead of our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Dee checked us in and was terrific great customer service after a long day of travel! Rooms were clean and well equipped. Pool Bar was the place to be and was still serving food after a long day. Thanks!

The pool was very cold. The kids didn’t even wanna go swimming and that was the main reason we chose this hotel. So that was disappointing.

Stayed here the night before departing for our cruise. Very easy to get to the cruise port. Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

For a 1 night stay before a cruise the stay was ok. We paid for 2 king accessible rooms and when we checked in (which was late at like 1015p) they had given our rooms away because the a/c wasn’t working. We ended up with 2 queen rooms which at the end of the day aaa fine but not what we wanted. We weren’t told at check in that our reservation had been changed, we found out once we got to the room, which were also on different floors. The 3rd shift check in person was nice but said she couldn’t do anything that night all rooms sold out besides the ones not working. Talked with the mgr in the am and she said we’d o my be charged for the queen rooms which did happen - but it was the point of not knowing which I was mad about. Mediocre for breakfast. Didn’t use the pool. The rooms were clean, nothing to write home about, beds were good.

Beautiful and staff are great!

The property and pool area are beautiful. The room and bathroom were huge and clean. The reason I took off one star is because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable that none of us slept at all.

We made a mistake on our booking and Hampton Inn would not give us any consideration despite our circumstances. Won’ t ever book them again!

Was perfect for my budget and amenities were very nice at the price point

We enjoyed our stay. The property was convenient to Port Canaveral for a cruise we had booked. Room was clean and satisfactory. We would book there again in the future.

We stayed in the Inn side and it was nicer and bigger than expected. We stayed for 1 night for a cruise as were the majority of the guests there so it was pretty full. There’s a nice free breakfast in the morning and the pool area is pretty nice too. We are a family of 5 and we all for comfortably in one room. A lot of people were having food delivered but there is onsite dining too. My only complaint is we arrived at dinner time and our room still wasn’t ready so we had to sit and wait for them to rush our room and even then I had to call down because there wasn’t enough towels for all of us and I guess you have to go to the front desk for the pull out sofa bedding. Other than that the room was huge hotel and decor was really nice and updated and if needed I would stay there again.

The staff here is so nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay! We cruise often and will definitely be back!

From staff, facilities, their market store and rooms, everything was fantastic! They are close to the cruise port. The do offer a reasonably priced shuttle to get you to the port and even to the airport when you depart from.yout ship. The free breakfast was awesome and had lots of chioces. Ill definitely continue to stay here for my all my future cruises

Our room was nice but the shower was nasty it had hair all in the shower and sink and our towels had hair on them also.
