My girlfriend got Covid. I called the hotel 2 days in advance.They would not reimburse or give me another date, because I booked it through you. Never again will I use Hotels.com Douglas Kane

The hotel pictures looked nicer than it actually was inside. However , we had no hot water for showers in the morning and had to take cold showers.The view from the deck was nice. The food was average for breakfast. I would not stay there again mainly because they hit you with an expensive parking fee then tack on a donation fee and amenity fee that came to almost 48 dollars. That is ridiculous! There are much nicer hotels in area with free parking. They really only alert you to the parking fee not all the other fees they are hidden somewhere in the original form when you book hotel. So beware . Lesson learned.

The price, no dresser, room service, a snack bar with liquor for people who don’t drink and no microwave. Beach towels had 2 when we got there and used them and were never replaced so I will have to check our bill. We slept on the same Jetta for two weeks proof I got blood on sheets when I took my blood sugar and they were same sheets that the proof. I have alit more to complain about but I’ll will stop now we won’t recommend that hotel and we won’t ever stay there again. I can’t rate it because for the money we paid it was not worth it Patricia Cochran

Funky, updated beachfront motel. Room was huge with great waterfront view from large shared balcony. A bit tattered (hole in sofa upholstery, rug unravelling). Large closet but absolutely no dresser drawers or surface space for clothes (I used the ironing board). Hotel descriptions of dining options and recreation experiences didn’t mention limited days and hours of operations. Hours are buried on hotel’s website. We were there Wed-Fri and restaurant is only open Thurs- Sun! During peak season!! Fun looking beach bar evening bonfires are only on the weekends! During peak season! Staff didn’t go out of their way to accommodate- we were told ‘no’ many times (not even ‘no, sorry’). Included breakfast is hard boiled eggs, assorted bagels and croissants, cereal and packaged yogurt. Husband drinks diet pepsi in the am- no coffee for him!- and was told ‘no’ again! Front desk staff seemed disconnected and unconcerned. There was just no ‘hustle’ or welcoming feeling. And- I can’t stress this enough- it is peak season!!

Not a lot for the price. Front staff was not super friendly. The standard room is very standard, small and very expensive. The location is not super convenient and on the busy road. Parking is tough but they do have valet. The view on the beach is beautiful and the people working the beach are were super nice. I think there are much better options and just didn't know the area well enough to find them. I know for next time.

We didn't have a table and chairs outside. We called the front desk and asked for them. They never came. We got our beach chairs out of our car to use.

beautiful location. clean. small rooms. $100 more for ocean view. staff at reception were unwelcoming and rude. hidden fees at check-in. if i didn’t book a non-refundable reservation, i would have walked right back out. especially because they were rude and there were hidden fees.

Totally not happy with the room Expedia assigned to us. It's a waterfront property and the room picture that came with our confirmation showed a nice water view room. I'm sure there's plenty of small print involved but the tiny 'bed only' room we were assigned was ground floor on a parking lot at the furthest point of the resort. We paid over $100 to upgrade to a more desirable room, which we were luck they had available. Very disappointed

The area where the coffee and the ice bucket was sitting had some ants they weren’t many but I made sure I didn’t leave anything or any food sitting there because of that. Also, I thought they should be complementary of water but all in all I love the place and the food is amazing.

The receptionist who check us in, was borderline rude and not very helpful, the hotel over all was worn (don't trust the pictures) and the amazing view was screened by how dirty the windows were. I know it's difficult to keep windows clean from the sea breeze, but birdshit can and should be cleaned...

Parking should be free, $23.00 a day seems a lot when the rooms are expensive already. Also would be nice when you check in, the staff tell you about breakfast from 8-10 no one told us and when we went to the front desk to get info about winery’s in the area the lady in the front seems not to have much info or maybe didn’t want to help.
