Checked in at 6 pm
Called front desk right away. Were told they were calling manager. We asked to be moved to another room, since our room was not clean.
Called them back at 8 and he said manager wasn’t answering phone and no housekeeping was on the property.
We asked for different room and he said they were fully booked with only 14 cars in parking lot. We went online as though booking a room and the site said 5 rooms available.
Problems:
Dirty toilet
Bathroom dirty
Floor needed vacuum
Furniture dirty with food spots and dust
Tv remote didn’t work
Doors all dirty
Doors open when we came to room
Bathroom dirty
We did not get a call back or any resolution.
We stayed in the room after we cleaned it ourselves.
We felt as though the room had been started as it had clean linens and towels but was forgotten to be finished since the door was open when we arrived to room.
Management made no attempt to resolve this.

We had to wait a long time to check in because there was some sort of issue the person in front of us was having. The young man working seemed stressed out when it was my turn. He was in training, but there was no one else around to help him. The room itself was a bit meh. There were a few housekeeping things I noticed that were kind of icky to me and made me wonder about other things. It wasn’t bad enough to not stay again, but it wasn’t stellar.

Room was quiet and moderatly comfortable. The staff was limited and dishonest with me. He said he was trying to get ahold of the manager multiple times while texting and calling. Found out he wasn't the next morning. The room with filthy upon arrival. He told me i could vacuum it myself and clean it myself as well. I said no, I paid for a clean room. They refused to move me to a clean room but he came up to clean my room himself, told us after entering the room that he had bronchitis and isn't supposed to be around peoole in rooms. So I then had to clean part of the room myself or risk further exposure to his illness. Left hotel to pick up part of my family, came back and asked if there's any way we could get a clean room because i was exhausted. He said no and also said they couldn't do a refund. He finally gave us until 8 to repack everything and take everyone out of the room to wait on the lobby for him to clean it. That was at 7:55PM almost 2 hours after arrival. One of my kids was already laying down. But we did it anyway. He still didn't get everything, so then I went back down with the bedding in the extra bedding bag that was unfolded and filthy. Crumbs, blood, and a few dead bugs were in it, on the bed, and under it as well. The young man was smoking right outside the entrance. (Illegal in ND within 50 ft to the best of my knowledge.) This is a non smoking hotel. He then suggested that we made the messes. Waiting for points from the manager the next morning.

Newer hotel. Employees were nice and friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast. Big hot tub. I was disappointed by the size of the king room. It only had room for a chair, not a couch. The railings were high.

Great hotel. We did a road trip for a week and this was far and away the best we stayed at. Hotel is in excellent condition, all areas were exceptionally clean, pool and hot tub were great and room was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had a ton of options and all the extras (cream cheese for bagels, fruit toppings for waffles, etc.). Would definitely stay again!!

Mediocre hotel. Overpriced in my opinion. Tub didn’t drain so standing water was fun. Random smell upon entry but dissipated. Breakfast was ok. Located at end of town. Just an ok stay. Nothing special.
