Hotel lobby had foul odor,mix of vomit and garbage
Room smelled like a portable toilet. found gas station restroom style air freshener above cabinet in the room.
Garbage was on the floor and surfaces in the bathroom were filthy. mirrors had runs from dry fluid on them.
Asked booking.com for a refund so we could go elsewhere, they came to an agreement with holiday inn express to refund our money but I still haven’t been able to get my money back.

The location was great. The one blonde girl who worked all weekend was great! I wish I got her name.
they charged me twice for the room. once when I reserved the room in January and again when we checked out. Breakfast was not good. would only leave 3 towels for 4 people.

The staff was very accommodating. We had an accident in our room and they were very helpful in getting it cleaned up and moving us to another room.
There was a prescription pill laying on the floor in the bathroom from the previous occupant or the cleaning staff. If I had my children with me and they found it instead of me it would not have been a good thing. It was very obvious so I’m not sure why it was there.

The pool was down and the kids were disappointed, but overall it was a good stay.

The facility was easy to find. I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub was closed, but that happens. It was a very nice room, clean and quiet.

I wouldn’t know because I booked through booking.com and when I got there they didn’t have a our reservation… Even though I had a confirmation number

My reservation was made through booking.com and the front desk person was able to alter my reservation (having my arrival date pushed back one day) due to bad weather coming and us wanting to avoid that. Had I changed the date with booking.com, we would have had to pay the extra night. I REALLY appreciated the front desk person helping me out.

Not enough parking spaces. Some parking spaces were flooded. Needs a sofa chair in the double queen room. Also, we were locked out of our room and the outside door at 7am when it wasn't time to check out. Very annoying.

I like the staff. They’re extremely helpful. Breakfast was nice and hot. Best orange juice I’ve ever had.
I wish the gym had dedicated leg machines. Also that the pool hours were a little longer since it is an indoor pool.

Very comfortable accommodations!
Hotel was with all amenities I desired such as fridge, in room coffee, microwave, WiFi. Definitely would stay again when in town! Enjoyed my stay!
