The hotel is really lovely. The restaurant had tasty food, but only Japanese. The service is really nice as well. The only negative point is the hotel's position. You cannot really walk around, but this is a general problem in Juriquilla.

Beautiful and peceful place, so clean and with friendly staff, highly recomend to stay here if your around Juriquilla.

I found the washlets or “bidets” in the toilets uncomfortable, and curiously unhygienic, in comparison for example to wet wipes. The hotel should consider offering rooms with normal toilets.
On the other hand, it is anti-ecological to change the sheets daily, they should do it only at guests request.
Otherwise, friendly staff, good restaurant and pleasant experience at the “ofuro”, the Japanese style spa.

I lived and worked in Japan and Fujitaya made me feel like I was in Japan in a very nice and hospitable way. I will recommend if you are in Queretaro, this is a fantastic hotel. Great Japanese restaurant and nice amenities in the rooms.

It is a good place to stay for the weekend or for business, not crowded, nice and comfortable. I will return in my next travel to Juriquilla

Hair dryers stop working if driving with Ⅱ after 30 seconds. (Thermostat works) After that, I slept and could not drive even in cold air, so I couldn't dry my hair. I tried 2 dryers in a public bathroom and one in my room, and I had the same symptoms. Probably the dryer model is a defect.
