good hotel , but on the info on expedia you see the hotel has balconies , this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel [ and it was not cheap either]. it was very disappointing to see that the balcony was so small you could not normally sit on it. so do not believe what you see on the pictures.

It seemed understaffed, and check in was mayhem. I came early and the lady at the front desk said, that she had me in a nice room overlooking the river, but it wasn't ready. I came back at 4pm, but Then when I went back to see if it was ready, it still wasn't. The poor front desk guy was overwhelmed with everyone coming in at once, and somebody else got my nice view room and I got front and center of the busy road. The sound proofing is pretty good but the air conditioner was really loud in the room, and there is a lot of motor cycle and suped up car action outside. The Prices are good, But not sure what the $20 daily fee,is for when you don't have a car to park? The Staff were all great and the Hotel is spotless.

I received an invoice showing a balance due of $10 for a hotel fee. We were then told, if we signed up for their rewards program that we would not have to pay that fee. The gentleman said that it was excepted and qould not be required to pay that fee. We received a bill for more then even the $10. Disappointed after after spending $178/night plus fees. And now! We're expected to pay even more in fees. There are plenty of other hotel chains. I like truth in advertising. There's no need for any additional fees. We didn't even have them clean the room between the 2 night stay.

River view room was nice except for the bright trash bins outside. Bed was relatively comfortable. Would stay here again.

Large room and good quality bed. Area in the hotel was clean and inviting. Customer service at the counter was excellent.

This hotel was TERRIBLE. Dont believe the good ratings, they aren’t real. The elevator has been out for awhile. We had to make several trips in the filthy and smelly stairwell to get our belongings to our room. The hotel is filthy, the carpet is torn, the toilet above us leaked on us and the tub took a long time to drain.
