Nice modern hotel comfortably situated in the El Tesoro shopping centre. Room was nice and clean. bed comfortable. Majority of staff friendly. Good breakfast. However check your bill. Minbar consumption was charged to my bill while I never touched the minibar. In addition the doorman order us a taxi to the airport and he told us a price that was higher than the official rate.

The hotel itself is connected with an upscale shopping center . It is very convenient . The hotel itself is modern, clean and the restaurants are very good. I would normally provide 4 or 5 stars however one thing anyone deciding to stay here is that this hotel does not allow any visitors to come by and say hello , to include family/relatives, or friends . I had a cousin visit and 1 employee who was kind said there is no problem as long as they don’t stay . While I arrived at my unit , my phone rang repeatedly and some woman informed me to come down and that no guests are allowed . I went downstairs and the woman was no where to be seen . Another gentleman told me I had to pay 100 dollars for my cousin coming to visit . I ultimately paid and my cousin left after 10 minutes. I complained to management who he apologized however I really hope they fire the night shift staff because they were extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
