The breakfast was good with a lot of variety and fresh fruits every day in addition to old fashioned oatmeal, yogurt, berries, eggs and bacon or sausage. I want to highlight that the van driver, Ron, came over and helped us load some heavy luggage that we were struggling to fit into our personal car. He was so kind and helpful.

Very quiet, comfortable stay. Overall, staff is friendly, although several are still masking which sends the message that they are afraid of customers. Other than the few staff still experiencing covid psychosis the stay was great!

Pool was closed for maintenance. Bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Overall I paid extra to stay at a nice place only to get a dump.

This is the worst Hyatt Place I have ever stayed in, Drinking glasses still had what looked like orange juice residue in them and stuck to the paper when we tried to pick them up. Hallway and room were dirty, carpet was dirty, bed was soft and needed replaced. Hyatt you shoud remove this place from you portfolio.
. The front desk clerk how ever was as helpful as he was allowed. Kudos to him, not the ownership, or mgmnt

Hotel is located in a commercial district so if you need home improvement items you can just go next door. Got in late so had to gobble a sandwich before the bar/restaurant closed but the staff was very accommodating and stayed a few minutes late to help us out. Shuttle driver was very helpful and got us to the right spot for cruise pickup shuttle. Room was nice and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Just a quick overnite before our cruise so didn’t get to use any amenities. Would stay here again.

We liked the idea of some department stores being within walking distance. The food at the Placery was reasonable and tasty. The staff was informative and helpful. The service was outstanding.
