Checking in to the hotel was easy and processed quickly. Once we arrived to the room one of our key cards didn’t work, the room was out dated, the bathroom was not cleaned to my satisfaction, the shower curtain was d Disgustingly dirty.

During our stay, we found the employees to be polite however, the cleanliness of the facilities was severely lacking. The pool area was never cleaned, and there were never any towels available for our family of five. When we requested the pool area to be cleaned, the process was haphazard and nothing was actually cleaned properly. The pool water was dirty and the bathroom near the pool was in dire need of a deep cleaning. Additionally, rooms that had been checked out of were not cleaned and the doors were left open for other guests to see. The overall lack of sanitation is alarming. My entire family fell ill, likely due to the poor hygiene standards. The manager needs to conduct a thorough walk-through of the premises instead of just sitting at the desk on his phone. I took the time to observe the situation before writing this review because I understand the impact that reviews can have on a business. I want other parents to be aware that this hotel is not suitable for families with children, given the unsanitary conditions.

There was blood stains on the side the bed. Only gave a couple towels and they were all stained we as well.

We were unable to stay in the hotel due to the condition. The first room we were given keys to was occupied. The second room had black mold on the ceiling and bathroom. The third and final room had dirty bed sheets where a used toothpick was found in a made bed.

Our stay was good. However, the bathtub was very slippery, and my wife almost slipped when stepping into the tub to take a shower. How about placing some safety mats in the tubs and have them checked regularly. The rooms could be upgraded to include charging stations for electronics. Also, how about upgrading the interaction of each guest with onscreen announcements about their stay such as their bill, checkout time, etc. Include HBO and other channels for movies.

The facility checked us in without telling us the hot water was broke and had been for almost a week prior to us checking in. Absolutely absurd! Bed was terrible and no warm shower. Definitely deserve a refund!

Tv wasn’t working and when I got in the shower there was someone else’s used bar of soap and little shampoo bottle in the soap dish on the wall. Other than that great.

Room had some food wrappers left on the floor but other than that it was in a good location for us. Has a Walmart, Mexican Restaurant and Dollar Store in walking distance

Had what could have been a conjoined room. Guess the walls are thin there as we could hear the family staying there very well. Otherwise, clean room and comfy beds. And great breakfast!
