We booked our room last minute while driving through. We Loved this place. We parked right outside our door and there was another door in the room that led to the hallway. The man at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The room is like a lil apartment. Breakfast was also wonderful. Loved the assortment of jams. Keep up the good work.

Due to highway work the hotel was difficult to access and it is a few blocks away from downtown where all the restaurants are located.

A fairly old hotel. Amenities are far worse than the pictures suggest. Confusing check-in and check-out procedures. Noise insulation is insufficient. Quite poor selection at breakfast. The hotel has a poor price quality ratio. A lack of other options in Shawinigan is the only reason for the high rates per night.
