There was an event going on this day and staff allowed smoking marijuana all out front by the entrance, loud music and heavy traffic until late and elevators smelled like marijuana constantly with crowds in the lobby. Rooms were clean..

Told them the price was to high would find cheaper place after they told me price advertised on line was unavailable they went ahead and ran it through my credit card anyway without informing me at high price called holiday Inn they said they would cancel room because probably price was to high Also contacted Capital one they are monitoring the card.

My family and I traveled to Ohio for my aunt's funeral. I booked an ADA room. Called the hotel directly twice to confirm this. ADA room with walk/sit in shower/tub. We arrived after an 11 hour journey. The hotel did NOT have any ADA room available, they gave it away to someone who checked in before us. They placed my mother in a non complaint ADA room. She was unable to shower and I had to go purchase a toilet riser. The next day, the hotel was able to put her in a regular ADA room. Beds for all of us are very worn out. My 125 niece even sank to the bottom. The hotel allows "pool parties" All night, even after calling, the kids ran up and down the hallway. They were very loud. The hotel even allows weed vaping which stunk up the hallways and elevators. Horrible experience! Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!
