Lovely place to stay hotel Ace looks like brand new. The bed was so comfy make you sleep tight. There’s a lot of shops around the hotel.

Hotel reception was very pleasant even though I arrived late at night. Hotel was easy to find, lovely inside. The hotel is clean comfortable, new & everything worked perfectly.
Breakfast was basic but very good. Better the the Mercure Le Coudray, where I stayed last night & much cheaper

but no electric kettle and water inside room.
If will be equipped with electric kettle and water , it would be much better.

It was a disaster. Staff at 11pm check in was incompetent and rude. Room was properly cleaned. We didn’t have any bath towels in the room. Couldn’t sleep all night as the AC was not working and we were melting. Then we opened the window to get some air and our room was facing the highway so then it got extremely loud. All in all a very poor experience. If this can be refunded I would appreciate it.
