We stay at this hotel each Thanksgiving and have grown quite fond of this facility. The housekeeping staff, front desk attendants, and whomever that sweet lady is that manages the breakfast are all wonderful. My only critique is that the pool is not well managed. Last year we noticed that it was going downhill, but this past stay it was filled with hair and it was clear that either the pool filter was not working, or they don't regularly clean the pool. I should have known it was not in good shape when the spa was closed! We told the management about it and they promised to respond. We will see how things look next Thanksgiving. Otherwise, the hotel room is excellent, always well cleaned and a nice place to stay and relax!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was close to the attractions I wanted to see. The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I could walk to shopping. I had a great stay.

Property allows many 18-wheelers to park in hotel adjacent to building under guest room windows making engine/refrigeration noise all night long. Plus the trucks and went at all hours throughout the night. Very difficult to sleep under those conditions. Requested room change and hotel did not comply immediately.

We were a bit early to check in. The hotel did not seem very busy. There was limited guest in the lobby and the parking lot was quite empty. For what you pay this is quite overpriced. Room was old out dated and dirty, fridge didn’t work, tv didn’t work. The floor had crumbs on it still from previous people. No new toilet paper. I mean it’s a decent hotel just not what you would expect for the price you pay.

The only cleanlinss issue my family had was the carpets. If you walked without shoes on your feet were black. That is a huge issue with families that have small children.
Other than that the rooms were clean, breakfast had many choices, pool and sauna was well maintained

Room large bed comfortable. Only disappointment was the odd breakfast. Eggs were unrecognisable and overcooked. Bagels and Muffins were stale. Butter in fridge so it was too hard to use Coffee average?
