Every was wonderful until the night time when I had to call front desk because it was a party o the hall of my floor kids running and yelling and having fun I guess, but i needed to sleep it was 1 am when this occurred and that is the only not so good thing that happened to me. Everything else was just wonderful

There was no issue with the hotel but guest during my stay. Guest in room 219 were extremely loud and yelling to 2:30 am. It was impossible to get any rest. I think it's inconsiderate for them not to think of others.

We have stay in the same hotel before but this time was disappointing. First impressions of the lobby- Very Dated and the lobby sofa was filthy dirty. The staff at front desk were not friendly- never acknowledged us walking in because they were always on their cell phones. Our room had a stale musty odor. The walls in the bathroom had hair all over it and the shower had hair all over. The water was a trinkle. Barely enough to brush your teeth. The bedding didn’t seem crispy and white. I covered it with my personal blanket. I’ve stayed at this same location 3 times over a 5 year span and it’s a dump now. The free breakfast was awful ! I will never stay here again! A DUMP!

The check-in & check-out process was pretty easy, which was appreciated, our room was spacious enough to accommodate 3 people comfortably which was a plus. We enjoyed the fact that parking was secured with a gate, the pool was indoors, which was appreciated even more since the weather was unfavorable to being outside majority of our stay. There were very few issues during our stay, however they were ones that were just plain out annoying and didn’t make sense. Upon arrival to our room, there were only 2 sets of towels, rather than 3, even though it states there are 3 ppl in the room. I called to request another set and was told that they wouldn’t be able to bring any extra until the morning. The morning came, and no 3rd set of towels, nor had the old ones been replaced after housekeeping came & left. We had to request towels again, and this proceeded to be an issue until the last night of our 3 night/4day stay there. The A/C unit also stopped working after maintenance said they were just replacing the battery in the thermostat, but it was resolved by the time we returned to our room after going out.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, and reasonably priced considering the duration of our stay and the amenities. I’m willing to stay here again, but please do better with the quality of service, and preparedness of basic essential items to accommodate your guests.

Halls swelled like marijuana- dirty laundry was picked up but not replaced so no clean wash clothes night 2. Definitely not worth the cost per night. Would not stay again.

I booked on May 16,2024 due to the power been out at home. When i got to the hotel their power was out so i askdd for a refund. I was told that the owner would have to approve and would be in the next day. I didnt get a response back until Monday and I was told the owner did not approve my refund , I then called hotel.com asked for the manager told him my problem clearly I didn't stay at the hotel cause they didn't have power and hotel.com refunded me my money. I will never book at this hotel again
