Amazon location and views! Good restaurant.
The garden is very new and the pool too, also with the amazing view.
Only the outdoor and pool furniture need an update, was old and dirty.
Other than that everything was perfect!

The hotel was great, we were half board, breakfast ok, dinner was good. The well-being centre was quite expensive and is not included in your stay, so take this into account.

Nicely located hotel with some amazing views. Sadly, one of the employees is a bit rude towards everyone else than older German/Italian guests (Which is the typical clientele here).

Beautiful setting overlooking the lake. The hotel is really spa oriented with many facilities for pampering yourself. The dinner and breakfasts are very good and the dining terrace, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are all oriented to provide spectacular views.

A very special place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were so lovely and they looked after us well. Food was excellent. Location is isolated with the shuttle bus only running 3 times a day. A taxi costs €20 from Malcesine. The shower in the room was dreadful, needs updating badly and my husband's mattress had to be changed as it had collapsed on one side. This was changed within minutes of reporting the issue. A little updating wouldn't go amiss but it is an old style hotel with loads of character. Honestly would give it 10/10 despite these small issues, it's such a beautiful place to stay!

On arrival minimal information on location of sauna and facilities. Room was very small.Pool was lovely wanted to spend more time there , but poolside bar was closed! As unwell too far to walk to bar for drinks! Given minimal milk for hot drinks in room.
Sauna was amazing , but did not open till 13.00 hrs then closed at 19.00hrs prompt!!

We really liked the hotel being so high up, as it was lovely and peaceful. The hotels restaurant staff were so nice and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the female waitresses name, but she was exceptional. A real credit to the hotel. The rooms were cleaned well everyday too. We would definitely go back.

Could make it difficult for going out for dinner in the town for other restaurants - although there are “buses” available. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Traditional Italian hotel, well presented, comfortable, great service overall, marvellous views, lovely food, fixtures and fittings in the Italian style. Cool reception on arrival but warmed up just like the weather. Poolside service ok. Overall the holiday was a huge success.
