The location was safe, the services were great, the front desk staff was courteous, polite and very helpful, especially Ms. Mayra, Mr. Marco and everyone who worked in that department. The staff in the dinning room was very attentive.

I stayed in Palmetto Hotel two times this 2023 , and I found many good things (friendly and supportive staff, good location, close to public transportation, malls and other attractive neighborhoods, etc). The restaurant service (breakfast and dinner) was supper, and has a lot of options at a reasonable price (not too pricey). I would suggest letting other guesses know not to make noises after 10 pm. Some of them probably come from Peru's countryside or other LATAM countries and it seems they are used to make noise or talk too loud until late evening. I would also suggest waiving the service fees that I paid in addition to the hotel regular fees. It did not make sense for me to pay those extras (unless they are part of the tips or salaries of the hotel staff). It was a grey area for me I was required to pay for these fees Thanks.

I like the customer service (very helpful and thoughtful with the guesses) . The location is closed to almost all the most important destinations in Lima. I loved the breakfast and room service. I would suggest to improve the laundry of the towels (not sure if it is the detergent used). I got a rush in certain parts of my body after using the towels. I had to apply an antifungals ointment to get rid of it.

Central location, the only thing negative is the lack of information I was charge $30 extra dollars even when I pay all the fees before going there. When I explain that fee won't apply to me since I'm peruvian ( my passport said so) I was charged anyway. I won't recommend the hotel. I won't come back obviously

The staff was very helpful. They helped us get ubers and find places we needed. We don't speak Spanish and they were good at figuring out what we needed.

The lomo saltado was fantastic.

The hotel is small. It's nothing special and fancy.I don't have a major complaint. Bu the walls and doors of the rooms are very slim I guess, because I could hear everything from the guests on the room next to me. It was annoying and uncomfortable.

Room it’s not clean everyday. Because of COVID 19 this should be done.

There wasn’t any bottle water provided in the room and water pressure was inconsistent on level 8 which I was staying. There wasn’t any bar only restaurant, in the hotel thought there are restaurants within the 10mins walking distance but I do not feel comfortable walking after 8pm alone in the street.Window can be open which Is a potential safety hazard.

Clean bedrooms, good breakfast, location, securitty.

Shower was bad but was fixed. The pressure continued below normal levels. WiFi did not work but was fixed. Breakfast ok

It was a little chilly, but we only stayed one night, a few hours between flying in and out. I'd definitely give it a second chance, as I doubt our 4 hours was representative of the hotel. It was very clean and staff inviting.

We booked this last minute. We had stayed here the night before travelling to Cuzco. The second time around we got one of the newer rooms and the bed was much more comfortable than the first time around. The front staff was friendly, even at 3:00 am while we were checking in. The breakfast could have use some help. We did come down late but still had 20 minutes before closing at 10:00 am but there were just some bread and cereal. Most of the food was already gone, they did put some more food out but took them a little while to bring it out. The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood and close enough to the airport. Located in a decent area with comfortable rooms and a helpful staff. Front desk also spoke English which was helpful for me. Rooms aren't large but had everything there that I needed.

It was Ok. The hotel is clean but it is small. The rooms are small as well.The bathroom was tiny. And one thing I didn't like is that I could hear all noises from outside. The windows are not thick enough to cancel the noise. However the staff was friendly and very professional. The good thing about this hotel is they have a big parking garage if you have a car and it's free.

It is a business hotel but the internet is lousy, on and off and when it is on it is pretty weak. The staff is nice but it is on a noisy street.
