Super friendly staff that helped carry our bags down to our room and explained all the amenities while showing us where everything is located in our room. The views on the property are amazing and the included breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful view from our room. Our room was next to the pool with an amazing view of the lake Ilapango. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a cold and windy evening when we arrived. Staff brought extra cozy blankets and heated up the hot tub for us. The complementary breakfast was the best we had throughout our stay. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was amazing and so beautiful! The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They helped us with our bags when we arrived late at night and in the rain and when we checked out today. The food was wonderful and the restaurant views are breath taking! The staff at the restaurant was great and so welcoming.

The views from this hotel are spectacular! And their customer service is phenomenal. Every employee we encountered was super friendly and helpful and concerned with our comfort. And speaking of comfort, the beds in Rm 1 were amazing. There is a restaurant attached that offers a delicious breakfast. My only regret is that we could only stay 1 night.

It is a wonderful place to stay for the breath taking views and each room is unique and very modern and well kept. My only points of critique is that there was no wifi although it was advertised that there would be and there is not much around the actual hotel. The food at the neighboring connected hotel restaurant is very very average but if you’re looking for the view and maybe hiking type of activities it is an overall pretty good hotel. Staff was amazing and it is a very intimate and private property which I enjoy as well.

Upon arrival I did not know where the check in area was. Waited 45min and it was raining then I finally decided to to by the area that seem under construction follow by an exit sign I spotted a staff member and asked about the check in and he told me. I literally would had know if there was signs that would tell me that.

Wonderful views and service, the owner was super sweet and attentive.The only thing I would say can improve was the noise from staff in the morning we stayed above the restaurant and I was woken up everyday at 7 am from the noise of the staff. But over all it’s such a beautiful place, beautiful view, great food, great prices, and the staff very helpful and friendly!
