Our stay was very good. Check in was very late in the early morning hours due to hour flight schedule and the front desk was very understanding about that. Our room had all we needed except for bath towels which we asked for and received. A nice breakfast with a good variety of food was offered however the burners beneath the food were not being used and the food was not very warm.

We had 3 rooms booked family trip . Check in at 3 we arrived at 4 and 1 room was not ready . And I asked for rooms near each other and could not offer we were scattered.

I am pleased with my stay. I go to Mexicali 4 times a year. This is my preferred hotel.
I am happy with cleanliness, Employees courtesy and kindness.
Only one complain - Towels need to be replaced! Presently they are thinned out and a brownish color (Dingy) I can’t imagine using them. I always take my own towels!

This is by far the worst experience! It was dirty, basic necessities like the toilet did not work and unsafe. It was so bad that within 30 minutes upon arrival we booked a different hotel. We lost the money we paid but our safety comes above all.

I enjoy staying in this hotel and also the breakfast included on the stay is delicious.

You get what you pay for. The bed was hard, there was only one bath towel even though the room if for two and there was no iron in our room

It's a fair cost benefit option, but I think you can improve the details like the towels and bed sheets state, mine was worn and had clorine stains.
It's a very good place to stay but I think we cannot ask for more by the rate I paid.

The room smell like a septic tank, the bed was broken the chair was falling down almost fell off the chair was so old and wobbly.. don't be fooled by the pictures it is in the dump part of town

The service was outstanding, the only issue was the road construction, the vehicle's traffic bottle neck before entering the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was very convenient and we feel very safe.

Was there for a birthday party, no hot water, not even warm water. Small room. Bed confortable. Breakfast good. Somehow clean. Staff very helpful. Will not stay there again.
