Excellent service. My only complaint is the breakfast eg the hot breakfast items were all cold on both days of our trip.

The hotel was great. Located on O'Connell Street, it is located in walking distance of lots of shopping and restaurants.
I checked in on a cold, rainy afternoon, after being in the cold and rain for two days. Check-in was easy, as it was pre-paid.
My room was clean, comfortable, warm, and well-stocked with amenities. The breakfast buffet's (which is included) posted starting time is 6:30am, but it is available, slightly earlier for those guests who have an even earlier departure time. The offerings were plentiful and various to accommodate both omnivores and vegetarians. The check-out process was equally as simple as check-in, again due to having pre-paid. When I was not able to catch my AirCoach bus to the airport, due to a TFI bus' mechanical issue, the hotel reception assisted with calling a taxi.
Due to the proximity to shopping/restaurants, I would stay here again.

Nice facilities, and well located with ease transfer from airport. rooms are small but convenient. Breakfast quality is very low, eggs and mushrooms were cold with bad taste and smell.

Was a very nice hotel; however, requested a refrigerator when reservation was made. Stayed four nights. Never did receive refrigerator. Medical reasons. Called several times. :(

Well located hotel right in the centre of Dublin so easy to get around with trams and buses right outside, although easy to walk from there too to many of the sights.
Room clean and comfortable, good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a good selection, although sad the pancake machine was broken our second morning. Saved me from myself :D.
Would stay here again if ever in Dublin. Right across the road from the Air Coach stop from the airport which was handy too.

Nice express hotel in a central location for sightseeing and restaurants. One disadvantage is that the hotel has no curbside, so you can't drive up with your car, park briefly and unload your luggage. The parking garage is 200 m away and you have to bring your luggage from there to the hotel.

Great location in the heart of Dublin on O'Connell St. Air Coach to/ from the airport is across the street -- super easy. Good security. Breakfast opens early and they will even prepare a "take away" bag if you must leave before 6AM.

The tiny “Reading Lights” were useless! Had to turn on overhead lights in order to read book or tablet.

Good hotel, not luxurious, it is your typical corporate / chain hotel. Very clean, very convenient location to major areas of Dublin. Staff friendly and nice breakfast.
