I was met by one of the most helpful friendly desk clerck ever !! Quick and informative check in. Room was very small but clean. Very limited items for breakfast. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff helped to make us think it was good !

Clean and comfy beds. We had to crash here for the night while on the way back to Alberta from Vancouver, and we had a great sleep. Check in was smooth, reception friendly and informative. We didn’t get t hve any breakfast so I can’t speak for that. Location is close to the highway and a few minutes drive from downtown Revelstoke. It was awesome and we would stay here again!

The room is small but very clean and tidy. Bathroom is very clean as well. Nice big TV. The place is across from the train track so you will constantly hear trains even late at night. The place itself is very nice though

Pros- beds were surprisingly comfy. Rooms were very clean. We stayed in two different types of room, 118 has an extra door between the room and the parking lot so it was nice and quiet. Didn’t really notice the train, sounded comparable to the slight rumble of a washing machine. Downtown is an easy 15 min walk.
Cons- room 112 was in the middle of the motel. When we stayed in that room we had to wedge something between the safety lock and the door to keep it sealed and reduce noise.

This is the first time we have stopped rather than pass through Revelstoke. The Swiss Chalet is across the street from the RR tracks. We are RR "nuts" and enjoyed watching and hearing the trains rumble through town. The property is lovely. The room was small but comfortable. We were suprised and disappointed that the "free" breakfast was a "snack" breakfast. We ate out.

I like to stay at The Swiss Chalet on the way to the coast. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly. We had a king room this time and it was the best yet. Lots of space in the room. Just steep stairs to get to the second floor.

This property was great value for the cost. It was very clean, & staff were friendly & welcoming. Our room had a large balcony with patio furniture, with a view of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom fixtures were new. The only drawback was the sound of the trains on the tracks across the street, however this is very common in mountain towns.

Nicely renovated and clean. Go out for breakfast as there isn't much included. Easy walk to several good restaurants

Highly recommend this motel! I found it even better than many hotels out there. We booked a family suite for 4 of us. Although it's not much spacious but it has enough room that you need and it has full amenities. The rooms and a washroom is very clean and neat. The bed is comfy and fresh. I also like the snack breakfast that they have. I definitely book this place again and again whenever I travel to Revelstoke.

Overall it was excellent. Bed was excellent and comfortable and after a days riding I zoned out. But the bed frame getting in was too high for my shorter (5’5”) stature. My only reason to drop a star on facilities. I’d come again but bring a stool to get in and out of bed.
