The Rose Hill Inn was amazing. The property was gorgeous and the inn caretakers and staff were superb and very friendly.

The property was amazing and if you get a chance to speak to the owner, she is a wealth of information in regards to the history of the house and the area. I loved my conversation with her. And try her long grapes. They are interesting and very tasty.

My husband and I had the most DELIGHTFUL stay at Rose Hill Inn during Holy Week/Spring Break! Attention to details and cleanliness were off the charts! From the immaculately clean room with comfy sheets to the delicious breakfasts and superb hospitality from everyone who runs the place, we LOVED our stay! The grounds were well taken care of and the decor was on point and consistent for the style of each room! We loved how they gave a variety choices for breakfast, greeted us upon arrival to make sure we were taken care of and got into our room okay, provided complimentary drinks and snacks in the room (including some Easter candy because of the timing of our trip), happily answered my many questions about the area (Including the informational and well designed mobile guest manual!!!!), and even had cute robes (we never actually used) and a kitchenette for all of our needs! Rose Hill Inn was the PERFECT stay for visiting The Kentucky Horse Park, The Ark Encounter, hiking in the Daniel Boone National Forest, local distilleries (Buffalo Trace) and other wonderful sights in beautiful Kentucky!

Fantastic restoration of the original mansion with great taste and exceptional service. The sheets were so soft we bought some to return home with them. We loved our stay in Versailles and hope to return!

This BnB was absolutely pristine and perfect. It has that "antique" feeling that most of want in a BnB but it is also modern, up-to-date, clean, safe, and comfortable. The room we had was spacious and lovely. The hosts were super kind. And the breakfast was excellent. My wife and I were there for our anniversary and we will certainly be going back when we can.

Rose Hill is a beautifully restored 200 year old house. The Library suite we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The house and grounds are so beautiful and inviting. Robin, Shawn, and Rachel are excellent hosts. They are so friendly and informative. And breakfast was excellent no matter what you had. The property is easily walkable to the Versailles downtown area and a short drive from distilleries, horse farms, and dining. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area and highly recommend it.

The library suite was amazing including two large rooms plus bathroom with wonderful high ceilings and very nice king size bed. The only relatively minor negative was the small lip going from the bedroom to the bathroom that could provide a hazard at night. It might be helpful to provide a dim nightlight to illuminate that area at night.
