Overall the hotel is good!
It takes around 5 mins by walking from the ‘Shinkansen’ exit of Nagoya station, but not so close to the subway entrances. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful, which is the most appreciated part for me.

I like the large bathing area, which makes taking a bath a most comfortable and relaxing experience.

It was so clean and I liked that it had spacious shower area next to the bathtub. I have been having backache from the flight but the bed was so comfortable and I didn’t feel any pain after staying here for 2 nights.

The hotel is well maintained the beds and pillows are comfortable , and the Lawson on the ground floor is very convenient ,Daily necessities are available for self-pickup in the lobby , but ladies should be aware that there are no cotton pads or shower caps provided.

The room is clean and quite. The location is excellent and very convenient for everyone to travel. There can be some improvement in lighting inside the room.
