Front desk was very nice and helpful. Overall the hotel was ok. The rooms are updated but it gets very loud and hard to sleep if you stay on the first floor. The front desk was able to offer us a room on the 2nd floor due to the noise.

The room was disgusting when we arrived. The sheets didn't look clean neither did the towels. The tub didn't work to use the jets either, and that's one of the reasons why I wanted that hotel.

Room doesnt even match the pictures, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, there was a crack in the bathroom door bcuz it looks like it was repaired but glued and screwed back together, the male front desk guy so rude. Bed was sinking in, headboard was dirty, their sheets had stains it was clean but still noticeable stains.

No complaints on my end . Stayed here twice and both times room was very clean

For last minute and pricewise, it was excellent the first room. The door was enclosing so the staff members upgraded me to a bigger room, which was nice but didn’t Like that, it still had female hair on the pillow trash underneath the other lounge seat

There were men outside of the rooms and it made us uncomfortable as two females traveling alone at night. For the price I paid the pictures didn’t match and it was my birthday I was disappointed. I could have went to motel 6 for cheaper. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was dirty, it stank of cigarettes, the bathroom had water everywhere, clearly someone was there that day and they didn't clean the room after they left and they rented it to us like that. Worst place I have ever stayed. The room definitely doesn't look anything like the picture they show you online.
