Nice hotel but our room was above a smoking area so we couldn’t sit on the porch and enjoy the amazing views. Friendly/helpful staff. Parking is a challenge.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Mittenwald, close to the pedestrian district, shopping and dining. Also walkable to the cable car.

We had a lovely stay. The staff is over the top. Our room was impeccable after cleaning service. So convenient to everything. Grocery store was conveniently across the street. Pool was wonderful. Sauna area could be a little cleaner but wonderful and relaxing just the same.

In the booking it was stated that the room of type Economy include - Double Room, 1 Queen Bed, Balcony In practice, the hotel claimed that an Economy type reservation does not include a balcony and I did not receive a room with a balcony. It's a shame because it spoiled the experience of staying at the place.

10++/A+++ = The check in guy was GREAT, wonderful and helpful. Parking directly out back. Could use an elevator , room was a distance from the parking. Enough electrical outlets. Great WiFi. Very good hot water. Nice quiet setting but close to walking to old town, WONDERFUL, wonderful breakfast. Great check-in and Check-out young man (same person). 10 ++ stay, I will return, Dan

This is an excellent hotel, comfortable room very well priced. The breakfast is splendid. There is limited free parking, a pool and sauna. It is at the end of the main pedestrian area with a large public car park opposite and a good supermarket across the road. It looks towards the Alps which loom over Mittenwald. However, what spoils what would otherwise be excellent is the woefully internet speed. From room 206 I could not connect on tablet or phone and had to go to the lounge to get even a weak signal. That's a big deal in 2022 and needs fixing.

I think the price was high because it's the year end and the location of the hotel was very near to the city centre. The view in front of the hotel was also amazing, but it's just that. Though it said with balcony, there's no balcony at all in the economy room. The bed was old, the bathroom was unnecessarily big, the wi-fi was cut off before checking-out and the breakfast hot meals like sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs were placed in the other dining area without informing the guests.
