We have stayed here 3 times now in transit to Seattle or sea tac and each time we stay we enjoy our time. The housekeeping staff do impeccable work and we always find our rooms very clean. Bedding is comfortable and rooms are spacious. The parking here feels very safe.

Room smelled kinda bad. One of my grandsons couldn't find his toy before we left so we were looking around and on top of the desk area we found some socks and a diaper so apparently it's not getting fully cleaned in there. They were not ours. My only other complaint was that the bathroom doors are sliders and don't latch or lock so while staying in a room with my toddler grandsons daughter and son in law, they kept wanting to slide the doors open while they were being used. I had never week a bathroom with no lock.

Beautiful property. Clean hotel with excellent customer service. Had a great supper at the bar, great food and great prices. Room was a double queen suite and was huge and comfortable for our multi night stay. Unfortunately the hot tub was down. Only down side I can think of. Would stay again and recommend highly.

The property is very clean and the location is perfect for those who want to stay outside of Seattle and are planning to do day tours to Vancouver.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location.

It was a great property. It was a little pricey but a very clean property and great customer service from staff.

We booked a 6 night stay. The hotel itself was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was nice, the gym had good equipment, and the restaurant downstairs was quite convenient. Now for the the not great stuff. The entire time we were there, housekeeping NEVER came to our room to service it. I had to track down the housekeeping staff in order for us to get fresh towels, toilet paper and refill of the shampoo and conditioner. They were at least very nice about it when I approach the cart to ask for these items. I understand that with some hotels, they clean every other day or even every 2 days. But we we were there for 6 days and not once did they come to clean. I had to take our garbage and dispose of it myself. It was inconvenient and for the price per night, I was expecting this to be taken care off. Also, be mindful, when staying here, this hotels shares the front desk, lobby, breakfast area, gym and pool with another Hotel. It's right next door and it's called TowneSuites. This may be the reason why we didn't get service. Maybe they were understaffed because they were servicing 2 locations. Since there were these issues, I thought we paid too much for the room.

Great place

Always love it here. Have stayed often. Only weird complaint is that the hot tub has too many chemicals. Burns the eyes terrible. Worse than any other hotel spa. Otherwise a good stay with nice rooms and good breakfast with lots of options.
