Clean and quiet hotel. Basic amenities. Minimalist room. Not sure I agree that’s it’s a 4 star but is convenient and decorated super cute.

We got the basic room so we expected it to be small, but the way the sink is designed isn’t the best and can get wet overtime as you use the sink as it was poorly designed and to compacted. Overall everything else was great

Stayed here for World Series Game 5. Convenience to the stadium and subway was great. It was just a single subway from Penn Station and then a couple block walk. Then a bus that goes to the corner is a straight shot to the stadium. Thanks to the hotel staff for letting us know about the bus. With traffic, I'm sure an Uber would have taken longer and cost 10x. Restaurant was a nice classy experience for right before the game. I definitely would go back if in town for a game.

Stayed in 8th floor. Music on top floor team past 3AM. Called front desk, they would check with security & reply. Nothing. Very upset. Told them this AM. I expect some type of refund or reimbursement.Not happy as we got only 4 hour urs sleep

I would not recommend staying here if you are mainly doing things in manhattan. It is sooo far away and we spent a lot of money on ubers. Just spend the extra money on a hotel nearby. Also they didn't have a do not disturb sign in the room for us to use and housekeeping came in even though I made my own sign. We could also hear everything that was going on the in the room right next to us since the walls are suuuper thin. The front desk guy was pretty sassy and not very nice.

canceled stay at check in. garage would not accommodate pickup vehicle. I was assured on the phone a day before that that the garage could accommodate it!! never went to room. staff was friendly and place was clean.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. A bit far from most part of attractions, but you can easily reach central Park or lower Manhattan in basically 30 minutes by tube. Metro station is just 200 mt. from the Hotel.

The parking garage was awesome service - staff were very friendly and we we had zero worries about the security of our vehicle there. Radio Hotel has an awesome island vibe on the corner of Amsterdam and 180th street. The parking garage “Radio Systems Parking Garage” is affiliated with the hotel and the entrance is off 180th near Amsterdam. The hotel has an awesome large patio in the courtyard for guests to use with comfy furniture. Room keys need to be swiped to use the elevators which adds another level of security. People that live in the area all seemed friendly - great vibe and location relative to the subway on Broadway. Highly recommend!!!

The staff was amazing 10/10 the room was cute, the bed was filthy, the sheets dirty with stains made me think twice if i should come back here

The hotel itself was very nice in the lobby and hallways. The staff were pleasant upon check in around 6pm. We had to drop off of things and go to make the Yankees game, so we left almost immediately. Unfortunately, when we got back into the room around 11pm, we noticed the bathroom was not cleaned or not cleaned well enough. To be frank, there was hair (possibly pubic?) stuck to the sliding bathroom door that was immediately visible when the door was closed. The door was also disgusting in other areas with soap? or toothpaste? that was dripped on the door. There was no soap to wash our hands and had to use the body wash. I went down to the front desk to address these issues, however the employee behind the desk was unable to help as housekeeping was not available. I was told that she would attempt to get us a bar of soap, but that never happened. The were no other rooms available for us either. That night we also discovered that some of the lights in the room were malfunctioning/not working. As a heads up to anyone planning to stay in a double bed suite, there is a glass wall that separates the bathroom from the sleeping area. Unfortunately, this wall is shared with the shower in the bathroom. This means that when you are showering, anyone in the room can see a rather detailed outline of whomever is showering. It's not quite see-through, but absolutely see-through enough that not much is left to the imagination.

I like the Dominican feel, and the room was great!

AC wasn’t working properly and the shower door leaked. The staff were amazing but at times it was obvious they were short staffed. Dominican neighborhood which offered many opportunities to try new foods at the hotel’s restaurant.

It was the greatest stay I ever had in a hotel. The food is great and the workers are very friendly and welcoming. Only problem is no where to park your rented car.

The hotel is very nice and clean the parking is a little expensive but I love the decorations and service at the restaurant food was fresh and tasty.

For some reason, it sounded like they had a rooftop bar, but they didn't, which we thought was a misleading advertisement. However, it may also be our fault for not reading the descriptions in more detail. The room was nice and comfortable. However, the restroom's interior design was weird. It was dark, and it wasn't easy to use the sink.
