The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and charming home in Mobile, located within walking distance of many historic attractions. Still with the historic feel of 1899, this home still exudes its original character and charm. Hardwood floors throughout and lots of antique furniture to boot!

Our location can't be beaten, with downtown just minutes away (and easy to golf cart taxi ride away) and the Mobile tunnel close by for a quick drive to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Pensacola, and Dauphin Island.

But the best part? We're just a short 3-4 block walk to the Mardi Gras parade route. Plus, you can enjoy the beautiful Mobile weather from the southern front porch, complete with outdoor seating or gather around our backyard fire pit with friends and family.

Bedroom 1: One king bed; Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.; One twin bed in closet for use; One twin fold out cot in closet for use; Living room 1: sectional sofa. The rooms are extra large, with ample space for everyone.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire bottom story of this 1899 home. The front porch is accessible for this unit only. The only shared space is the laundry area and back yard/patio area. Street parking is widely available and completely acceptable in this sought-after neighborhood.

The driveway is reserved for guests in the upstairs unit so please don't park and block them in :). You'll love exploring the wonderful neighborhood and all that Mobile has to offer!

For your convenience and safety, access to the unit is provided via a smart lock. Exterior cameras are also installed on the premises for the safety of our guests and to protect our property. We want you to have a worry-free stay while enjoying all that Mobile has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
One of the most sought after neighborhoods in MOBILE - Oakleigh Historic Garden District! Gorgeous live oaks line all the streets and Washington Square Park is just a half a block from this location! Safe area with amazing neighbors

Getting Around:
While driving is totally normal in Mobile and parking is relatively easy even downtown, there is an amazing golf cart service that will take you guys around for $5/person to any downtown location! It's just the best.

You should never have an issue parking directly in front of the door to this unit too.

Other Things to Note:
No pets allowed.

Also... note that this unit is the entire bottom floor of a triplex.
