- Pontoon boat seating 10 is available for $250 per day plus gas or $1,500 per week plus deposit. Life preservers are provided and pickup is required.

Escape to our serene spacious lake house on Watts Bar Lake in beautiful East Tennessee! It is located on a quiet dead-end road and offers privacy and tranquility. It has 1500 square feet of covered deck space to enjoy the beautiful views and an amazing sunrise. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with two living rooms is perfect for family vacations, fishing teams, or a couples getaway. It offers comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests . Enjoy breathtaking lake views, amazing sunrises, a host of modern amenities, and solo firepit by the water. There are paddle boards as well as kayaks provided with a paved walk down to water for easy access for swimming and launching your paddle boards and kayaks. Whether you're here to relax or adventure, our lake house is your ideal destination. Enjoy a 1-minute boat ride to Arrowhead Marina and Terrace View Marina, and less than 10 minutes to Blue Spring Marina and Euchee Marina. The ultimate lake hang-out, Sand Island, is also less than a 10-minute boat ride. With the community boat ramp nearby, launching your boat is convenient and easy. We are a local family who also lives on Watts Bar Lake, feel free to contact us for any suggestions for restaurants, marinas, or things to do in the area !

The Space:

Bedrooms: 3 (Sleeps 12)
• Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed
• Third Bedroom: Two queen beds
• Additional sleeping: Couch in upstairs living room with memory foam topper in hallway linen closet.
• Additional sleeping: Two futon sofas in the downstairs living room with memory foam toppers in living room closet.

• Bathroom 1: En-suite to Master Bedroom, with tile walk in shower
• Bathroom 2: Shared, with tile shower/tub combo

Living Area:
• Cozy seating with flat-screen smart TV’s located in the master bedroom, the upstairs and down stairs living rooms and a portable Bluetooth speaker
• Large windows with stunning lake views from most rooms on the home.

Kitchen:
• Fully equipped with modern new stainless appliances including Instapot, air fryer, Keurig, French press, toaster, crock pot, and blender.
• Dining table for 6 with 3 island barstools as well as two outdoor patio tables and two outdoor couches and chairs. Seating for 17 at tables.

Outdoor Space:
• 1500 square feet covered deck with comfortable outdoor furniture.
• Solo stove fire pit with Adirondack chairs for cozy evenings.
• Fun outdoor games: Giant Connect 4, Ring Toss, and Corn hole boards
• Private dock for fishing or tying up your boat.
• Kayaks and paddle boards available for guest use.

For children : games, puzzles, pack and play, highchair, mamaroo swing, baby blanket, baby gate at top of stairs and on each deck.

Guests have full access to the entire house, deck, dock, and all provided amenities. The community boat ramp, pavilion, and fishing dock are less than 1 miles away.

• No smoking or vaping on the property
• 2 dogs allowed under 60 pounds each. Please dry your dog before letting them enter the home and no pets on furniture.
• Check-in: 4 PM, Check-out: 11 AM
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8AM

House Rules:

1. Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
2. Dispose of trash properly . Put trash can at end of driveway by 8 am on Friday.
3. Ensure all doors are locked when you leave the property.
4. Report any damages or issues immediately.
