The home is on one level with three Queen bedrooms and one bonus room with a twin trundle bed. There is a large living room with a Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace and wet bar. The large, well-equipped Kitchen is adjacent to the dining room which looks out over the beautiful front yard and koi pond. There are two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the main area. Outdoors, you'll find comfortable shaded seating and a large patio with Weber Genesis grill and dining table for six. Perfect for a family or group of friends, we are delighted to share our home with you.

Located just a half-mile to the restaurants and shops of Mattituck and minutes from the renowned vineyards and sandy beaches of the North Fork - the Floresta House is the perfect place to explore the best of the North Fork!

While we know our guests value their privacy and we won't be at the house, we are available by phone or text 24/7 for any questions or address issues. Please don't hesitate to reach out!

Please note:
-The primary renter must be at least 26 years old.
-Upon booking, the primary renter must sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of a government-issued Photo ID, or the reservation may be risk cancellation.
-A $500 security hold will be placed two days before arrival and released seven days after departure if no damages are reported.
-Guests must follow all house rules, including but not limited to no pets, parties, or smoking.
