This gorgeous 4BD/3BA ocean-view home features an open-concept floor plan with hardwood floors, a mix of coastal and traditional décor, a screened-in and two open air oceanfront porches, and unbeatable views. It accommodates up to 10 guests and is located on the quiet end of E Ashley Avenue, next to the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve. The Preserve is perfect for viewing the landmark Morris Island Lighthouse, surf fishing, beachside strolls, wildlife observation, photography, and captivating ocean and marsh views.
Whether you are sitting soaking up the ocean views on one of the porches, or enjoying time with the family in open concept shared space, this properties is perfect to make memories with your family and friends. Spread out even more with the additional living space under the home with plenty of seating and a basketball hoop! Rinse off after your day at the beach with the hot and cold conveniently located exterior open air shower.

All the appliances were difficult to work. You should have a book that tells how to work the appliances, lights, air etc. we never did get the tv to work and the air did its own thing. Impossible to work. Too too high tech! Nice place though even the the floors are a mess.

The house was clean, well layed out, and had all the things one could need/want. It was a great stay at folly beach!
