Modern, comfortable apartment house "Eisvogelnest am Norder Tief", built in 2024. In the centre of Norden, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house. Supermarket 200 m, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery, café, pedestrian zone, sandy beach "Norddeich" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 6 km, minigolf 5 km, sports centre 1.5 km. The bicycle cellar has a charging station for e-bikes. It is a KfW efficiency house standard 40 with geothermal energy.
4-room apartment 96 m2 on 1st floor. Very comfortable and luxurious furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with cable TV (flat screen), electric shutters. 1 room with 1 bed, cable TV and electric shutters. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture, box-room. Marvellous view of the canal. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, hair dryer, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
