The property is ideally located and has great amenities. There are some details about the property which could have been disclosed in the description to make the overall experience better.

We had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The property was large and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk across the road to get to the dock and waterfront. It was the perfect getaway while visiting family and friends in the Rochester, NY area. German Brothers Marina is just a little ways down the road and we rented a boat one day and it was easy to stop at the dock and exchange passengers. The dock also worked out well for swimming and fishing. The driveway was large enough if you had more than one car. The property is on a hill and getting from the driveway to the door to the property you need to go down a set of stairs and then walking from the house to the waterfront also requires going down a hill and steps. Our older parents did visit us while we were there and it was a bit challenging for them but we made it work. I also was working a bit while on vacation and the WiFi worked great and easy to connect to. This was a great property for the value and we ended up booking pretty close to when we visited.

What a beautiful place! We had so much fun on canandaigua lake with our jet skis. Place is huge and can accommodate my family.

The place was fine but some items needed repair.

Comm great, beautiful area..several issues Nephew uses home 4 landscaping purposes. Didnt get to use whole house Cats on premises.Dock falling apart .Family pics and items still in home
