Good communication with owners. Nicely furnished and equipped villa with comfy beds. Beautiful view over the bay and mountains. Nice pool but the Roman Steps go into the deep end of the pool so quite steep but this was mentioned . No problem if confident in water. I would recommend this villa and hope to return

Villa was reasonable value for money, semi detached but we were lucky enough not to have neighbours during our stay say cannot comment if noise would be an issue. The other neighbour had 3 large dogs which thankfully were mostly quiet. The villa itself is deceptively large with the master bedroom being frankly enormous. There was an issue with the TV services not working on arrival but they were quickly addressed by the local property managers. The pool felt a bit cool despite being heated (albeit the weather wasn't as good as we'd expected). A little tired in places (such as mirrors starting to rust) and the bed was a bit lumpy but otherwise good accommodation. Could have just done with some cleaning materials left for guests and there wasn't a dust pan. Overall I would consider returning however.

We liked the house very much. The location is quiet and the view is very nice. We liked the facility. The only thing missing was a coffee machine. We bought an inexpensive one and left it at the villa. There is, however, a rather annoying problem with the Spanish neighbor on the left. This has obviously completely littered his property. Not only is this a worrying sight, the children are a bit neglected, but the three dogs that strike every time someone in the vicinity comes home are particularly annoying. We have seen this every day. On the Sunday after Christmas, this neighbor started his cement mixer to cement a channel at the pool. At the polite hint that it was Sunday, he just laughed. We strongly advise you to speak clearly to this neighbor on your next visit. The following comments on the equipment, which we ask not to be offended: - It should be checked whether the mattress in the pool-side bedroom needs to be replaced, which is very soft. -The kitchen was poorly cleaned on arrival. All the cabinet handles were stuck. The radio switches also showed traces of leftover food on the switch panel. We cleaned everything that we noticed was dirty. - We didn't get along very well with the television. It would be helpful if you provided more detailed instructions here. For example, we're not very interested in watching movies on netflix or other commercial channels. We would have liked to see normal television programs. We did find them, but the German channels could be seen for a maximum of 15 minutes at a time, then the connection collapsed. You need a better provider here, it's not a technical problem. After a few days we could no longer watch normal television programs because they were loaded but no longer called up. We are happy to consider renting the house again

The Villa is well presented and situated in a quiet location with fantastic views of Playa Blanca and the mountains. The villa was spotlessly clean and well presented ( a credit to the cleaning / management team) The villa is deceptively spacious and the master bedroom a real luxury space. Loved spending time out on the terrace around the private pool and taking in the views of the mountains and the sea. The booking process was very easy and the owner answered any queries very promptly. The Villa is well equipped. it even has ast WiFi included! A 5 star villa I would certainly like to return too and recommend to others.

Our first time to Lanzarote and it won’t be our last. The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious and has all self catering amenities. Fabulous far stretching panoramic views of the island . If you appreciate beautiful views and love the sun do not hesitate to book this villa .

Spacious well equipped villa set in quiet neighbourhood with views over Playa Blanca towards sea. Lovely outside area with pool. Hire car not essential but recommended if you want to visit the whole island - places of interest, quiet fishing villages and fantastic beaches.

This is an excellent property for getting away from it all. We were two couples on holiday together and it ticked many boxes. It is located a nice 35 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca which is a less the €5 taxi ride back. This enables you to get plenty of steps in prior to testing out the many bars and restaurants available. The villa itself is lovely and has all the facilities you could need. The master bedroom is massive and the showers may well catch you unawares. They look quite innocent but the water absolutely hurtled out (in a good way). Best of all was the outside space. The pool is lovely although the bottom step can catch you out as it is very high off the floor. The are surrounding the pool is equally good as there is always somewhere in the shade and somewhere else in the sun. Overall the villa is top quality and communication with Paul (the owner) was first rate. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

The booking process was really easy - great service from Paul and the villa managers, who went out of their way to help and accommodate us before and during our stay. We particularly appreciated the welcome pack of food supplies upon arrival! The Villa is beautiful, with lots of space and every bedroom has a good sized ensuite, which was brilliant. It was just as it is in the pictures. The pool is a lovely size and the outside area is really well maintained - the whole villa was immaculate. We chose not to hire a car. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and there is a great selection of restaurants on the beachfront which is about a 45 minute walk away. There is a great waterpark just down the road (Aqualava) which we really enjoyed. There are taxi ranks and bus stops fairly near the villa and there is a good bike/moped hire shop in the centre.

Gorgeous villa with the most comfortable beds ever!! Really clean, spacious and beautifully presented!! The heated pool in the fantastic Winter sun was just what the doctor ordered!! Thank you!!

We have just returned from a terrific stay where we really enjoyed the area and the wonderful location of the villa. The layout is excellent with a fantastic master bedroom suite and plenty of space for our guests to enjoy as well. The outside area is marvellous with great views towards playa blanca and papagayo and we had a good time in the warm pool as well. Recommend the villa to anyone who enjoys being away from the noise and bustle of the town and likes a little bit of luxury with a view.

We stayed in this villa for two weeks with our three children aged 15 13 and 7. The villa was home from home scrupulously clean kitchen well equipped everything we needed and a great welcome pack. WiFi excellent and a good choice of dvds and books. The villa is tastefully decorated and very spacious the beds were so comfy everyone slept well. The outside area is very spacious and lovely seating areas available from rattan couches and table and chairs and a beautiful bbq and seating area we enjoyed many nights outside having bbqs. The pool was lovely and warm and very well maintained. An amazing holiday had by all we will definitely be returning.

We stayed at this villa in February with our family.. It was a good stay and we had all the amenities that we required. The heated pool was cold and the Sky TV was limited. The villa itself could do with an in depth clean and the wall in the master bedroom needs to be addressed before damp really sets in. You also need a car. Having said all this, it was a good place to stay and I guess it was value for money with great views.

We thoroughly recommend Bay View Villa. Great location to relax and unwind. Views were amazing. High quality villa. In terms of price and what you get in return, it has to be one of the best. The villa itself is amazing. It really is a home from home and everything has been thought of but it's really the luxurious decor and furnishings which make it stand out. All 3 en-suite bedrooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable but the main suite is spectacular - massive, with a seating area and a huge flat screen TV. The heated pool & private pool area is lovely with plenty of comfy seating and sun loungers as well as a great outdoor eating area with a huge Canarian BBQ which got plenty of use.The photographs don't do the villa justice. The added benefit was that it was so peaceful on a night and the views were great. It doesn't take that long to walk in to the main resort and if you really need it the taxis are cheap (less than €5) and can be caught all over the place. Great walks up the dormant volcano. Can't wait to return!
