This level also has a Junior primary suite with a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower, jetted tub and outdoor area with chaise lounge seating. This level’s oversized outdoor deck has an 8-person hot tub, an al fresco BBQ area and a gas fire pit for enjoying the sunset or warm nights under the stars.
On the top floor, you’ll find another 4 bedrooms: a king Junior primary with ensuite bathroom, 2 queen guest rooms, and a bunk room that sleeps 6 with its own tv area, oversized bathroom with double vanity and steam shower - and its own balcony with Wilson Peak views. This floor also encompasses a desk area, a fully stocked children’s playroom and a library with hundreds of books for the most discerning reader.
