Newly renovated, clean and modern home (2BA/1BR) in South Pasadena, voted #2 by Niche's "Best Suburbs to Raise a Family in California in 2023."

Centrally located in LA with easy access to highways and walking distance to many retail amenities, including supermarkets, parks, restaurants and cafes.

The property was fully renovated and designed to provide a comfortable, clean and modern oasis within Los Angeles. We are equipped with Nest thermostat, high speed AT&T fiber optic network, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer and dryer.

Our property is maintained to be immaculately clean by a professional cleaning staff.

The property has 2BR/1BA, each bedroom has a queen bed with large bright windows and blackout curtains, one bedroom has a closet and the other has a desk/chair. The living room includes a comfortable West Elm couch and coffee table, 65' large screen tv and a large sliding closet for additional space. The TV will be enabled for access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, FuboTV, and HBO Max.
The bathroom has porcelain tiles with full shower/tub and Toto toilet with heated seat.
The kitchen has abundant cabinets, a luxurious Carrara marble island and fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and Cuisinart coffee maker. This unit also has reverse osmosis water filter to supply all your clean water needs.

We are family friendly - cribs and Inglesina high chair can be supplied for guests upon request.

Please note the house is part of a duplex. Each unit is a separate listing. Each unit its own separate front entrance with keypad access (and additional side door to access the private shared backyard).
The backyard has various fruit trees (passionfruit, orange, lemon and peach trees) for your enjoyment with a patio table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The garage is locked and not accessible to guests.

Street parking is plentiful and gated backyard access and use of the electric Phase II charger onsite is subject to owner's approval.

House Rules:
Please note failure to maintain the House Rules may cause fees to be charged to the guest.

1) Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. The cleaning team will arrive promptly at 11am to clean the house for the next guest.

We try to be flexible when possible for check in/out so please let us know if you need any accommodation.

2) Absolutely no shoes are to be worn inside the house. We seek to maintain a very clean, pest/dirt/germ free environment for our guests.

3) Please be respectful to our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, absolutely no parties are allowed.

4) This is a non-smoking property, all forms of smoking are prohibited inside the house or the backyard.

5) Please only use appliances for the suitable purpose. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.

We want you and your guests to feel at home and ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The property is in close to several supermarkets (Trader Joes, Bristol Farms, Pavilions), walking distance to Starbucks and many restaurants, cafes, retail stores, parks, library, post office and gas stations. The Metro Gold line is a block away and the Property has a walkable score of 90.
