Pacific View Lookout is perched up high to capture the stunning ocean views.
This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect holiday pad for small families or groups of friends who want to be near the beach and town centre of Whangamata.
**Bedding configuration**
Bedroom Master - 1x King
Bedroom Two - 1x Double
Bedroom Three- 1x Double
The master bedroom is on the top floor, and offers fantastic views, plus it's own ensuite bathroom.
On the floor below, there are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom, with a shower over bath, and a separate toilet. The living area has expansive views and opens onto the deck, which is the ultimate spot to fire up the BBQ or relax with a glass of wine while taking in the scenery.
The ground floor of this apartment has a separate, private apartment which may be tenanted during your stay. Your apartment has it's own separate entrance. However the yard around the apartment, parking area and the clothesline are shared with the apartment below.
It is also very important to note that the yard is not fenced off, and there are areas on the grounds that have a drop. It is not safe for young children to be in the yard area without an adult closely watching them.
*No smoking, no pets. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the people in the apartment below, and the neighbours who are close.*
The apartment must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. The BBQ must be left clean. Maximum 6 guests per stay.
