There is parking for one car and EV charging, upon request.
This is newly built and has a large shower and a view of a private backyard.
There is a kitchenette which has a small fridge/freezer, 2 burners, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The place was cozy and felt like a camping experience in the middle of the city. However, I do have to say that the Internet connection was spotty at best.

Very nice and quiet place to rest and within tons of food and within a very close distance to thee freeway that takes you downtown.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week. Loved everything about it. Such an awesome little space!! Even in the heat with out ac the ceiling fan other and window made a real nice air flow and kept it cool!!

We were very impressed with this property - you can see the owner put a lot of work into preparing this property for guests and it shows.
Gary was very responsive to texts and was thoughtful, he brought us a fan when temperatures were above average and offered to let us use the BBQ.
We enjoyed how the property was private and not shared, the shower was massive and very impressive, bedding was very comfortable and the location was within walking distance to some very nice parks and restaurants/bars
I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the aurora area! 5/5 stars!
